Our chef Bob Beattie and our Robertsons Fine Foods team attended the Scottish Craft Butchers Trade Fair on Sunday in Perth. We held a Butchers masterclass on the stand with Ben Tindale, Manager at G Shearer & Son Butchers in Lincolnshire part of a six strong team representing Team GB in the World Butchers Challenge 2022 held in Sacramento, California. Competing against butchers from 13 other countries, Ben won the award for the World’s Best Pork Product with his Pork Pineapple Corset.
