The team were thrilled to be in attendance at the recent ‘Bang Goes DG’ event at Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries, where they were on hand to offer career advice to local school pupils. We also had a full selection of our foods on display with our delicious pulled pork and cold meat samples enjoyed by all those in attendance.
Our butcher, Craig Murray gave a talk to the pupils and discussed the ins and outs of the profession and also let them try on some of the protective gear required . Thanks to everyone involved in organising the event which was a great success and we hope to see you all again next year.
