Iceland scooped the award for Best Christmas Poultry (Whole Bird) in the Supermeats & Fish Christmas Products awards. The winning product was their Luxury Brined Whole British Turkey with Orange & Herb Butter supplied by Fenton Barns. The turkey is submersion brined for 8 hours then has thyme butter and orange slices placed under the skin on the breasts.
